Fee Policy
Please see our fees and billing details below for our Busselton osteopaths, physiotherapists and counsellors.
Full payment is required on the day of service. Wherever possible we require a minimum of 3 hours notice for cancellations.
Non Attendance without notice will be recorded and patients may be charged a ‘Non Attendance Fee’. Non Attendance is costly for the practice and unfair to other patients unable to obtain a consultation.

Short Initial Session- 45 mins
Recommended for new clients who:

Want one condition treated (e.g., back pain or neck pain)

Require assessment, treatment, and a rehabilitation/self-management strategy

Long Initial Session- 60 mins
Recommended for new clients who:

Have multiple acute or chronic pain conditions

Want two unrelated conditions treated (e.g., neck pain and knee pain)

Want to spend more time with the practitioner

Require assessment, treatment, and a rehabilitation/self-management strategy for two conditions

Return Session- 30 mins
Recommended for returning clients who:

Have one condition to be treated

Require treatment and a review of the rehabilitation/self-management strategy

Extended Return Session- 45 mins
Recommended for returning clients who:

Want two unrelated conditions treated (e.g., elbow pain and ankle pain)

Want to spend more time with the practitioner
